The overall approach for this project encompassed several separate mandates: developing a plan to reduce GHG emissions for the entire college housing stock, deploying an energy management system, optimizing maintenance for real estate assets, and reducing the asset maintenance deficit. The energy management system will allow the college to monitor the effects of changes that were made and will improve the reporting process with the Ministry.
